How and where do I get a marriage license in Las Vegas?
For all legal marriages, a marriage license is required to be presented at the time of the wedding.Without the marriage license, the minister will not perform the ceremony. Don’t forget your license (or the rings!) when the limousine driver picks you up. Drivers are on a schedule and are unable to turn back to your hotel. If your wedding package does not include transportation, be doubly sure to have your license and the rings with you when you arrive at the chapel.
Before your ceremony, visit Clark County Marriage Bureau (201 Clark Avenue, NW corner of 3rd and Clark). It’s a good idea to do this the day before your wedding, or early the same day if you will be having an evening or late afternoon wedding. The Bureau is open until midnight during the week, 24 hours on weekends. You’ll need $77 cash; money orders and cashier’s checks are also accepted. You’ll need to show ID (check Bureau site for details on requirements) for both parties.
What do the themed ceremony packages include?
All themes include the chapel fee, video of your ceremony plus wedding flowers and a photo package. Courtesy limo service to and from the chapel wedding packages, please see each wedding package for details. Driver must be tipped. We recommend $30 and up for their service.Additional characters for each themed wedding are available at $100.00 each.
What about traditional and Elvis weddings? What’s included?
Check out each wedding package for all the details and options. Remember you can upgrade and customize any package so that it’s perfect for you.
Remember that not all traditional and Elvis weddings include transportation, depending on the package you choose. Please read the details carefully when selecting your package. You can always add a limo, Elvis Pink Cadillac entrance, or upgrade to a more elaborate floral and photo package.
Can I add an impersonator to appear or sing at my wedding?
Of course! You can add characters and impersonators to any wedding package. Impersonators, for example Marilyn Monroe, Cher, MJ, Tina Turner,Tom Jones, etc. (pending availability) are an additional $350.00. We have many rock star impersonators to choose from, or you can add a character from a favorite movie, comic book or TV show. We love being surprised by your requests! Non-performing characters are available starting at $100.00.
Can we be married by Elvis at our hotel or at another location in Las Vegas?
Yes. To have Elvis to go to a location and perform for your wedding, the cost ranges from $350.00 and up. Give us a call for more details and information. We can also provide flowers, photographer, videographer and whatever other services you need at your location.
Can we renew our vows or get married with another couple?
We do that all the time! When multiple couples marry or renew their vows, one couple pays for the ceremony, and the additional couple(s) will pay $75.00 each to cover chapel fees and the $60.00 per couple charge for the minister's fee. Any additional flowers and photography will be an extra charge. Please call us to discuss the details before booking your ceremony, so we get everything just right for each couple.
How much am I supposed to tip everyone?
Limo drivers make their living from tips, so we suggest $30.00 and up if your wedding package includes limousine service. Your driver waits during your ceremony to return you to your hotel. The minister's fee (not really a tip, but still…) is not included in wedding package prices. $60.00 and up is suggested, and he or she will provide you with an envelope before your ceremony. Any other tipping is purely at your discretion and not expected.
How large is the chapel?
We boast the largest freestanding ceremony chapel in Las Vegas. Our Main Chapel seats 100 people. Our Gazebo Chapel and Garden Chapel seat between 15 and 40 persons. Check our Outdoor Wedding packages for details. The Gazebo is perfect for intimate ceremonies, and the Garden Chapel is more spacious and slightly more formal.
Do you have reception facilities?
Absolutely. We have a gorgeous reception room for everything from simple cake and champagne receptions to elaborate buffets for 80 with a DJ and decorated tables. In our Doo Wop diner, have a retro 50’s-style reception with sliders and root beer floats. Just let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll make all the arrangements.
